Normally, the accepted defective rate for small appliances is 3%, but based on our sales experience and feedback from our overseas customers, defective rate of our products is less than 1%, it not only can help our business partners save money and times, but also can help our customers build a good reputation in their market.
In order to help our business partners provides efficient after-sales service to end-users, we will provide 1% spare parts free of charge to our customers for quickly response, especially the easy-broken spare parts or the easy-to-replace spare parts.
Most of our products have been tested and approved by some famous international testing labs, such as TUV, BV, ITS, SGS, and issued the related Certifications and report for some specific markets, such as ETL/UL/FDA for United States, GS for Germany, CE/ErP/RoHS for Europe, CB for Middle East, etc., it means all products produced according to your local regulations, and you can import the products and clean your local Customs easily.
Each order will be strictly followed-up and updated to our business partners every 5~7 days, so until today, 95% of our orders can be loaded and shipped on time. No doubt, on-time delivery is very important for each order, especially a promotion order for a special Festival. Choose us, it means you choose on-time delivery without any delay.
Supposed each container is fully loaded, it obviously can help save the ocean freight, especially during the peak-time season. Normally, we can loaded 28cbm for 20’ feet container, 58cbm for 40’ feet container, and 68cbm for 40 high cube container.
Each new model was designed by us or based on our request, and we fully have the patent, include the appearance and internal structure, it means you don’t need to worry about the intellectual property, and we still can grant you the exclusivity in a special market.
One-year warranty for each new unit, supposed the defective rate of one order is more than 1% in one year, then we will take the responsibility and provide enough support or spare parts or new units for compensation.
