Q: I am a freshman in the field of small appliances, in order to save cost and guarantee the order can be proceed as schedule, can you be our sole sourcing agent in China and responsible for all related to the order, such as sourcing, inspection, payment, shipment, etc.?

A: Based on our experiences of the small appliances over 15 years, some of our team member have been in this field over 20 years, obviously, we have much sufficient resources can share with you even though we are not your sold agent, but if you really need our assistance to handle everything related to your order, it’s our great pleasure and we will set up a new team to follow up your requirements.

Q: What is your loading port?

A: The nearest port for loading is Shunde, China, normally, orders will be loaded and shipped from Shunde, China, but sometimes, we still can load the goods from Nansha, Shekou or Yantian if necessary.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Our standard payment term includes T/T (30% deposit, balance paid before shipment but after inspection pass) and irrevocable L/C at sight, but we still can consider OA 30 days or more much better payment term specially for you after detailed discussion and knowledge.

Q: How can we get free sample? What is your lead-time for samples?

A: Normally, all samples will be provided free of charge, and highly welcome to request samples for further checking. So, if you would like to have any samples, please contact with our sales team. The lead time of samples is about 10 working days.

Q: Can I be your exclusive agent in our local market?

A: It’s our great pleasure to grant exclusivity to you, but the exclusivity of some models in some markets have been granted to our customers, so please contact with our sales team for details.

Q: What is your main market?

A: Currently, we have exported the products to over 50 countries, most of our products sell to USA, Europe, Australia, South America and Middle East, and recently we are developing some new models or new product range specifically for Southeast Asia.

Q: How many new models did you develop annually in the past 5 years?

A: Normally, there are about five to ten new models developed annually in the past 5 years. New models always developed based on market needs and trends, what sometimes changed rapidly, if there are not enough new models or the models are not developed based on the real market trends, then our business partner will transfer the order to other suppliers even though we have already cooperated over 10 years.

Q: How do your company guarantee the quality of products?

A: All major components or raw materials checked and tested before assembly, it can help us avoid using defective components or raw materials, and our workers will connect all products with electricity to test on production-line to guarantee the products can be operated correctly. Furthermore, about 10 units for one order will be selected randomly for aging-testing, it can help check if this batch of products can be used or operated for some certain times. Normally, pre-shipment inspection will be booked and conducted as customer’s request before shipment, but if our customers cancel it, then we will conduct the pre-shipment inspection at our side to guarantee the quality.
