The factory totally occupies over 30,000 square meter, five advanced workshops, two warehouses, two dormitory buildings for staffs living, one research and development building, and one main office building for Administrative department and management team.

There are about 40 peoples working in technical department, includes 5 peoples in R&D department, 10 engineers, 18 QC staffs, and 5 peoples in laboratory.

The labs can conduct some normal testing, such as safety testing, life-time testing, function testing, drop test, and salt spray test, etc.

Most of the tooling stocked in this center are owned by our factory, but there are a few of OEM project, total over 50 different kind of products.

Total 30 sets of injection machine in this workshop with range from 25T to 380T, and the monthly output can reach 300,000 pieces.

There is total 48 sets of stamping machines in this workshop, includes 28 sets of punching machine with range from 40T to 160T, and 20 sets of hydraulic machines with range from 120T to 350T, the monthly output can reach 150,000 pieces.

Total 8 assembly-line, it can help produces 1000 units per line every day, so the annual output can reach 1,500,000 units.

If there is any urgent order which need to ship earlier, then we can adjust the production schedule to meet your requirements for a specific delivery date.

All the raw materials which pass IQC inspection are stocked in the warehouse, normally, all materials should be ready and stocked 5 days before scheduled production date.

Supposed it’s fully stocked in the warehouse, all the products can load for over 50 containers.

This large warehouse helps us too much when fighting for big promotion order, especially the order which need to be shipped in one shipment.

After pre-shipment inspection, normally the goods will be loaded and shipped within 15 days without any delay, and it averagely can load 80 containers monthly.
